Salimpour School of Texas
The Art of Belly Dance
Stacey is a Level 5 certified instructor in the Salimpour Institute. She has been dancing for over 25 years and loves to share in the rich movement, music and creativity of this art form with others.
"Belly dance" is a European name for an art form that can be traced back to 18th century Egypt. It's also known as "Middle Eastern" dance, "Orientale" or "Raqs Sharqi" with roots throughout the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.
Stacey teaches weekly classes and is available for private sessions and workshops.
Students certified in Salimpour Fundamentals are invited to participate in the Texas Salimpour Collective.
