Do you teach children?
At this time, all classes and coaching is for adult students.
Do men belly dance? Am I too [fill in the blank] to dance?
Stacey is a licensed instructor of the Salimpour School of Dance.We strive to foster an inclusive space to move, learn, and grow. Stacey and the Salimpour School welcome dancers from all backgrounds, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, body size, ability, or orientation. Statements of intolerance, prejudice, and hate speech will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse to instruct students who engage in such behavior.
Do I have to perform?
No! Although belly dance is a performance art, students attend class for a lot of different reasons.
