Every dancer has default moves that your body reaches for automatically. Pattern Shift is a deck of 49 prompts designed to interrupt those defaults. It's not necessary to learn new techniques or choreography, but it is necessary to suspend judgement and play. 
 
The prompts work through constraint, relationship, quality and initiation. The point is to dance more like you, with more range.
